Things Are More Like They Are Now Than They Ever Were Before

This world is magnificently beautiful and fantastically great!

Can't remember when was the last time this blog is updated. Was spending the precious holiday with my family and friends. Blogging normally take me hours to update so I intentionally abandoned it to not jeopardize the family gathering time. Essentially, they are my priority.

By the way, just a shout out : I got the boyfriend pawned during his 26th Birthday! Will blog about it soon so stay tuned yo! Today's post will purely to share some of my thoughts, I feel that I need to get this off my chest before I change my perspectives again.

Many things have happened recently. Two of my closest friends lost their loved one. The descendents were not old enough to leave us. I understand that death is one of the normal stage of life (Unless you're a vampire). I just couldn't live with the fact that some people leave the world before they get the chance to explore the world! It's saddening to me. My advice is to be grateful when you still have people around and love you for who you are, although he or she isn't your lover! So please stop with the #foreveralone, in fact nobody is alone forever!

There's a said saying : Money is priceless. Money can't buy happiness.
Later on, an anonymous beg to differ by responding : If money can't buy happiness, she/he must have bought the wrong thing!

I find it super hilarious! It must be a major turn off to those who are strong believers of the first statement!

I've seen people whom self-respect and confidence boost up to level 99 when they are loaded with designer-bags. It keeps me wondering who they would be if without all the price tags. If they're unhappy, you can easily buy their heart depending on the digit printed on the price tags. From my point of view, though they might be too realistic and materialistic, but they are actually making other's life easier.

THAT ASIDE.

Personal satisfaction is the key.

There is a fine line between good or bad. We can't define anyone based on uncertainties. You can't tell that a girl with designer bag is materialistic, probably she does loaded with money and why can't she buy a Prada instead of Tropicana Life? Does it mean that people without a designer bag are certainly poor?

And when some people said life's sucks, I said life's great. I don't know what he or she has been gone through, but the best thing that ever happen in my life is still happening; I AM STILL BREATHING. Despite all the bad time in life, I am still a winner by breath in breath out.

Move on. If you can't, move along. Life is too short for you to worry about that little things. Recently, there were hearsay that a particular person is still badmouthing me although years has passed since the scenario. She intentionally responded to my shout out in Facebook and Twitter. I did not care much because there were nothing to be said and done.

Reap what you sow, I hope she can understand this. She had been making anonymous calls to my numbers and all she ever did is yelling at me, I couldn't understand what she was yelling about, it was so unclear. I was puzzled and who the hell was this person. My mind was totally blank when she first called me. Second day, third day, forth day... my classmates started to take turn and answered the calls on behalf of me. Even my Chemistry teacher, she knew it.

Thankfully that I have friends around, one of them was her classmates. This friend of mine called and wrote me a letter, came clean with whatever had happened. Ironically, after that, other girls called me and came clean as well. The most interested part was, all of them were the caller's best friends.

Admittedly, I was upset when she twisted the whole stories. The truth is, she admired the boyfriend of mine and commanded me not to control him. I told her calmly that I can't do anything if the boyfriend has no interest in her. She couldn't stop yelling at me, and finally she broke down, sobbing and asked me to leave my boyfriend so that my boyfriend will be with her. She is a pathetic psycho, indeed.

Forgiving her or not is totally out of this issue. As far as I concern, her love life has not been in good condition. She cheated on her previous boyfriend, fortunately that her friends informed the ex boyfriend. I strongly believe that her friends meant good intention. She then begged for his forgiveness. She failed apparently, she was dumped. You reap what you sow, I hope she understand this. I reckon that she is trying to get rid of her current boyfriend as well. Let's wait and see.

She is the one who decided to live under one's shadow, nobody could do anything about it, neither do I. Why should I care?She regularly stalking and mocking me, let it be. Everyone knows the truth.

There are many choices in life. You choose the walk of life and don't regret. It's your life experience no matter good or bad. "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" is an ancient law. Though we live in a contemporary world, I find it efficiently good. Be good to me or you'll get the worse of me.

It was a sunny day in Melbourne when I realized that by giving intense concentration in my life do surely keep all the vulnerability from me! I used to be very vulnerable in making decision. From buying groceries to college. Time waits for everyone, but vulnerable people. I've gradually change to a better person throughout the years, especially in taking chances. Failure doesn't mean losing, but a room for improvement, get it?

I want a decent car, I want to travel occasionally, I want to upgrade my wardrobe but after all that happened recently... stay healthy is all I'm wishing for. I still want all those but it's not my Top Ten. Maybe people changed from time to time, I think I've become more.... down to earth. #justkidding

By the way, I've experienced that the term of be humble is not for everyone. #justsaying I shall stop writing or another cyber cat fight will occur due to my personal opinion. So before I'm signing off,

The people I've met, stories I've heard, artworks and books that inspires me, jokes that make my laugh out loud... all these excites me. I have feelings and certainly not a dead people. Half Chinese

Wanting to pamper myself with hair treatment, pedicure manicure and a full body massage after the spring cleaning! Ironically, I do not have time for all these. My furkids are my priority and I must bring them for grooming. Speaking of that, Gambit has super thick fur that most of the saloon refused to groom her. #fail Roche is a freaking fierce Belgium Malinois and the groomer dares not to approach her if we aren't there. #epicfail So I must not leave them there unattended. Which it's making sense when I said I do not have time for myself.

I can't tell if he was joking or not. This kid probably doesn't know that we the Chinese has Lunar Calendar. He certainly doesn't know what is Zodiac all about. Well, nothing fancy about my Chinese New Year celebration. As usual, will be going to Malacca and Kuala Lumpur to visit my friends and relatives. I meant, his relatives are relatively related to me as we have been together for almost a decade and since his relatives are mostly staying in Malacca and KL, so we go to these places for gathering. #mouthful only if my parents give me a green light to go.

Time is running fast and it freaks me out! New Year Eve was just like yesterday and now I'm already in CNY mood! The family and I spent the last night of 2011 in a local cafe, horrible chicken chops as dinner and listening to the insincerity singing that going on stage that night. Despite that, we all had fun playing Jenga!

Sounds so cheesy, I know. Intended to put "Hater Gonna Be Hate", but my secret friend suggested me to put the title as above instead.

Recently I've been busy with spring cleaning. At night, to ease the muscle pain and tiredness, I unwrapped the puzzle sets I bought years ago and started doing it. And finally, mission accomplished! In spite of the missing pieces, the puzzle is lovely! The next move is to frame the puzzle and nail it on the wall!

Seriously got no time to procrastinate, I was not exaggerating. Besides the extra classes I'm giving to my student, I'm helping out the boyfriend to redecorate his studio. Apparently the house-keeping assistant has been procrastinating, the corners are full of spiderwebs and the floor is so dusty! I'm like a spring-cleaning amateur, I need to cover my face and arms just to avoid from getting allergic from dust! It's an unpleasant experience as it's not my job, it's hers and she freaking got thousands as monthly salary for not doing the necessary tasks! Not complaining, I volunteered myself to clean the studio for him so I have no right to make noise here.

On a side note, finally I received the first ever hate comment on my blog. Wow, it's been years since I blog and this is the first time I received one! #grateful

First of all, thank you for the comment and gave me the opportunity to become a better person. In term of that, after awhile, I realized that there is nothing wrong with me. I have people around me, they are my colleagues, friends, clients, students, bosses, relatives and family. All the people plus my readers, they have no problem with my personality. None of them said anything about me but you.

First, go google the definition of blogging. Blog is a place to share. I share my life experiences with those who are reading my blog. Have I done anything exceeded the term 'sharing'? If sharing is showing off, well I think every decent blogger should quit blogging according to your very own term. I never force anyone to read my blog, and if you feel uneasy reading my blog, you may leave. You don't like my traveling posts? Leave. You don't like my posts on furkids? Leave. You don't like my hateful posts? Then better make sure that I like you.

If I am an attention seeker, well you should congrats me simply because I caught your attention! Faking my way to the top or not, it is not you to comment because you simply don't know me personally. I don't steal, I don't copy, so what's your understanding on faking my way to the top? Well, I do not run a family business (my friend does), I do not study overseas (my friend does), I do not have a designer bag (everyone does but me), I do not have a Platinum card (the parents do), I do not have a Rolex (do you?) so how am I supposed to climb to the top without all these? #coldjoke

Please tell me who isn't a faker nowadays. Can you truly voice out what is on your mind in real life? Can you not pretend liking someone even if you hate her/him so much? Blame it on the cruelty of society today. If you're not fake, how would you get connected with certain people? I may pretend that I'm bubbly and nice just to please every reader I have but I chose not to. I don't think it's wrong for being myself. Every single post I wrote was from the bottom of my heart, let it be a hateful post or superficial post. I do not harm anyone, even if I did blog some shitty posts against the people I dislike, they truly deserve it. Believe me, regarding the people I disliked, I have more to blog compared to what had posted here; some are not told here because I wanted to share with my close friends only and we can laugh about it. The rule of being my friends is very simple, 'treat me like how you want to be treated'. If you are being shitty, you'll get the worst of me.

On top of that, it's my life and apparently you're looking into mine instead of yours. Let me put it this way: you're looking down at me even though you don't know who I really was and what kind of person I'm becoming. Please bear with me as I don't see how that makes me a pretentious little bitch for sharing my own feelings. I can't be sorry that my traveling experiences bothered you more than I expected. With all the savings I have, I chose to gain life experiences instead of material pleasure, what is wrong with that? I guess my blog affects you so much that you had to make comment that none did.

Basically, I don't know who you are and don't see any point for knowing who you are. I don't have balls but am just simply headstrong to share my thoughts openly while the only thing you are capable of is to hide behind the screen and send me the one and only negative comment without putting your real name. That's all you got. I wonder if you ever dare to leave such comment if your Facebook ID is needed. Oh who am I kidding? Of course you won't leave such comment because you care so much that the society will sabotage you! You dare not to show your dark side because you can't bear the risk that may come! You need to be nice to everyone so that everyone likes you! You feel insecure and want more and more friends to define who you are! #pity

Everyone has vision and I truly hope that you have one to as I'm achieving mine bit by bit, and I am happy with all the little achievements in my life. I have a bunch of supportive family and close friends who love me for who I am, I ~~sincerely~~ hope it's the same on your side. If you don't, please go away and commit suicide as I got no time to console your broken heart. I don't think that I should accommodate those who are so jealous of my ~~oh-so-FABULOUS~~-life. I just don't understand why I should.

Before I end this post, I look into it and think again. I seriously have nothing so great to brag about, let it alone showing off. Don't let me repeat on what I do not have in life, but truly speaking, I am proud of the people around me. They are somebody to me and they are doing great in life. I admitted in my blog that my traveling are partially sponsored by the parents and the boyfriend. The places I traveled are none other than Hong Kong and Melbourne, what is so great about it that this particular hater* got so envy for?

We're coming at you, 2012!

Well, I'm quitting from event-planning. Joined Starbucks hoping that it would be a brand new working environment with decent people. I was wrong. Turned out the Starbucks outlet I worked at is a shitty place with shitty store management. I worked as a part-time partner, and generally, part timers are paid hourly. But when you work in Starbucks Jusco S2, they take your time for granted, they will delay your clock-out time up to 30 minutes and it's not paid for. Before you clock-out, even though you've done your tasks and everything, they (regardless of colleagues or management) demand you to clean the cafe (even though it wasn't your task) and things that apparently can be done by whoever was on shift. And you are not paid for the extra 30 minutes (at least 30 minutes, sometimes up to an hour). It happens every day every time I clock in for work. All these things were not informed to myself during the interview!

Frankly speaking, I am still working as an event planner and giving extra classes. I'm saving up money for further studies. Essentially, the reason for me to work in Starbucks during my off day is to save up the salary so that I can spend all of it in Japan Disneyland. Fuck no, I don't need the fucking peanut pay from Starbucks, I could have earned all that within a week. Or getting money from the parents and brother, like a loser, lols! #howgreataismylife #likeaboss

Didn't get to decorate a Christmas tree this year!

Recently, Ed's band is performing actively in town. To be truth, there are some unknown bands in town; I do not know any of them but one thing I'm sure about is that most of them are musically bad. They may have that guts to rock the stage but it gives me headaches listening to the wrong chords and flat notes. Surprisingly, Ed's band is quite good! After they had some performances in some local malls, a committee approached them and invited them to perform during a countdown show in town.

I heard about it. I did not get involved into it even though I intended to. The teenagers have their own way and we as the adults should let them handle it by themselves. Talk about growing up. However, Ed was seeking for advice from the elder brother and eventually Ed decided to let the brother take over the deal. The brother called one of the committee members who contacted Ed's band in the first place regarding the countdown show.

Throughout the phone conversation, this guy whose name is Anson agreed to the payment considering that Ed's band needs to bring all their instruments; especially a whole new set of drums. Just a few days before the show, the committees called the brother. Before a starting a proper conversation, a fucking jerk questioned the brother on how old is he. What a shallow question! Is it even related, you fucking bigoted asshole!

Apparently, the whole committee (to be specific, all those jerks who spoke to the brother before another dick face did) are idiots. I hope all of them get attacked by a group of boars or run over by a convoy of trucks!

So this dick face, Ryan Nobody-Knows-Who-The-Fuck-You-Are spoke to the brother. I swear that I heard them talking in Mandarin/Cantonese in the background. The brother suggested that this dick face to have the conversation in Mandarin instead (this dick face can't speak proper English). Ohmai this fucking third-rate jackass got offended immediately, and spoke rudely to the brother that he speaks better in English. The brother calmly told Mr. I Must Have Face that his intention was to ease the conversation but this retarded dick face answered :

"You got to follow my way!"

And so, since Ed's band consist of members who are mostly richer (richer than this cunt), they don't give a damn about the payment. They might as well have rejected the fucking unknown countdown show. Sorry to tell that I was there during the countdown show; frankly speaking, an uninteresting show and politically lame. Have I told you that the dick face was the MC and he spoke broken-la English? You speak better in English? Kiss my frostbitten arse you bloody fool! I wonder how you speak in other languages.

It's so true!

I was so unhappy last year that I thought I had depression. In fact, I was surrounded by all these idiots! First, a telco SME representative tended to delay customers' phone orders and used the money (thousands) to roll another business of hers. She wanted me to lie to the customers which I did not; I told them the truth and some of them reported to the telco company. I heard that the particular representative was banned from submitting applications for a week. This representative was upset and intended to file a police report against me but she did not succeed as the she couldn't prove to the police that a colleague and I stole her stock, for which she was apparently trying to frame us for. Apart from that, she has a shitty divorced-but-living-with-the-ex-wife elderly boyfriend; what a complicated love life of theirs. Before all this happened, I was quite close to her daughter and the daughter was envious that I traveled by prestigious airlines and got to stay overnight in Disneyland Resort. The representative then told me that she would never let the daughter travel by Air Asia and she is planning to bring the daughter to Disneyland, staying for 2 nights, at least. Well, it's already 2012 and the school is starting soon, the daughter hasn't traveled to Disneyland as of yet. #funnyfact

So, despite all these retarded people I have just met in year 2011, the year had treated me well! I travelled much more than I intended to. Spent more that I intended to as well.

HEYA!

I can't explain that. I mean, the title. It bored me to hell if I was about to put "Oh Melbourne - Part XXX", don't you feel the same way too? Anyways, Christmas is around the corner, bet most of you are ready for the party before 2012! Frankly speaking, I am not as excited as last year for Christmas, Mumble is gone and I am not in the mood to celebrate Christmas. However, am still thinking up the Christmas menu for my furkids! Kids love Christmas, don't they?

No, it was another day with strong cold wind.

So, this is another post on the Melbourne trip. My only transportation during my stays in Melbourne was the tram. Unlike my tram traveling within the city, I paid for this. It took a longer traveling time before we reached St, Kilda, ticketing officers may turn up anytime, so might as well I buy the tram ticket. Take a peak outside!

There were stalls along the roadside. Mostly were selling handcrafted items such as organic soaps, photo frames, postcards, scarfs and etc. I must forget to emphasize that no photos are allowed. The things are so beautiful and unique that I want to show them to my mom! And of course, to you, my dearest readers. So as in return, I bought a few things from them, a photo frame, decorative items such as a small square painting, purse, postcards and fridge magnets. Since I wasn't intending to buy all that for myself, might as well I give it all to my friends as souvenirs.

Well, I have one of these hanging in my cupboard right now.

It's St. Kilda Park! Unexpectedly small. Frankly speaking, I was expecting an amusement park as big as Genting Theme Park! Pawned by the entrance.

Spending one month in Melbourne was never a plan nor intention. Perhaps you didn't notice, but I usually travel with either my boyfriend, or my friends. This time, I was alone. Luckily, the sister decided to tag along. I was trying to find a new direction in life, I was lost and I wasn't happy. It seems to me that happiness is temporary and nothing lasts longer than the depression that I was having inside me.

So, I decided to fly to Melbourne. Meet up with my BFF, talk to him, express my feelings. He has been effortlessly making me a happier person and helped me in finding my own way. He always tells me that I should have confidence in myself and when I have such confidence, I can achieve in my life.

I've spent quite a big amount of Australian Dollars in Arcade, and yet I didn't win anything from any of the games. I was upset. At the same time, I felt like a loser. Mind you, I WAS unhappy. So, I walked out from the Arcade. Saw a bunch of kids standing in front of a dart kiosk, and I decided to check it out.

The game rules were at a rather amateur level. By paying 5 dollars, you will be given 3 darts. The catch was: if you hit a star during your first try, that will be your only try, which means the other 2 darts are considered forfeit. The game is just a piece of cake! Only that the possibility of winning is small! I have no idea how many RED STARS there were among the stars but in order to win the biggest soft toys, you must hit the RED STAR!

I told the BFF that I want to bring home the big soft toy. I wanted to try my luck but I have no confidence! He encouraged me to try, nothing could be worse if I don't give it a try, either you win something or not. Keeping the 5 dollars or not.

I paid and got my three darts. The sister and BFF were cheering for me. I was super nervous, can! The dart I was holding in hand, it was like my entire hope! I desperately need to hit the RED STAR to prove that I really can achieve whatever I want! You know, the mentality of a person who is under depression is ~~FRAGILE~~ unpredictable.

I was screaming out of joy! Kids were staring at me awkwardly. I don't really care, I was feeling content and happy for winning the big soft toys! There were few to choose from but I chose the soft toys I'm hugging in the photo above instead, the rest were meh-what-the-hell.

One thing that makes me adore about living overseas is, you can bring your dogs almost everywhere. Things that make me fucking hate my own country because of the system, nevertheless we can't bring our dogs to the park!

Since it was the second day of Hari Raya Puasa, I forgotten who suggested this but we agreed to visit Malaysia Hall. I assumed that they should have a Raya Celebration going on, on top of that, I miss Malaysian food so much and I must visit Malaysia Hall for the sake of the food!

What the hell the celebration had ended! Anyone please tell me why they HAVE to separate both males and females to different side of the building during the celebration? Does it make any sense to you? Apparently it doesn't make any sense to me. That is why I ask you.

I stunned :"Bukan malam ini ke, adik?"

He then answered: " bukan. pagi ini. Kenduri ini untuk Malaysian sahaja, miss."

I'm a Malaysian la, you idiot! If I'm not one of your nation, you think I care to come? If I'm not a Malaysian, you think I can speak fluent national language, with our very unique slang? If I'm not a Malaysian, you think I'm so thick face and eat all your food?

I ranted too much I know. Better still I go to the post office and mail some postcards to my loved one.

I had a weird dream last night. Not going to talk about it. Anyways, just about few days back, received a text message from the boyfriend saying that he has a surprise for me. I don't like surprises. #bigfatliar Are you kidding? Who doesn't like surprise? Anticipated much, I called him immediately. He then gave me a new camera when we had breakfast together.

I was pretty much in shock! The 'surprise' is not wrapped in a beautiful wrapping paper, yet, A Olympus PEN LITE?! #areyoukidding #hysterically

"Though you should change a new camera since your Olympus is going to be 3 years old.."

It was like riding a roller coaster and there comes the moment when the ride is reaching the peak and you are ready to scream your lungs out, then electric break down. You are hanging out there! Boom! The ride is reversing back, in case the ride just fly off from its track unexpectedly.

Truthfully, the camera is super awesome and how I wish I can get a newer version of PEN series.He bought me the twin lens package and how awesome my life when I have somebody to get what I wished for? Under the light. I always have this special feeling towards Melbourne tram. Firstly it's because it always on time. Secondly, it never get crowded and it's clean all the time! During my first time in Melbourne, I paid so much for city traveling and I always wanted to do that particular thing that most of the people don't dare to do! I hopped on and hopped off before ticketing officers on the board! Not all the time but some of the time, I really did that. #coldhardbitch

Truly speaking, I had a pleasant experience at Shrine of Remembrance, love the ambiance and somehow it touched me when looking at all the signatures and medals, not forgetting to mention the 200 Memorial Trees planted in the garden, each dedicated to units that fought during the First World War.

So I've made a promise to myself that I will not travel in the next few months, not because I hate to travel, but it is because am going to further studies next year and I need to pay for the fees beforehand. Traveling should be forbidden starting the moment I made the promise to myself, and I'm fucking broke it.

Desire is evil. Temptation is such a bitch.

Out of my consciousness, I've booked a pair of air tickets. Been telling myself that the reason of buying the tickets is to celebrate the 10th Year anniversary with my boyfriend. FUCK NO. It's just a excuse and not a solid reason for us spending thousands in a foreign country! The currency exchange itself is a bitch, let it alone the expenses there. On top of that it's a 8 days vacation, which means 8 days of accommodation, 8 days of transportation, 8 days of shopping, 8 days of not seeing my daughters and etc... I am going to kill myself.

Still in a great shock and I shall stop calculating the penny I have in the pocket now or I could just kill myself in another few minutes.

Came here few years back. Pathetically, all I had is a slice of cake and sandwich, no drinks. The boyfriend was having drum practical examination and I was all alone. Waited for the boyfriend until his class finished, but when we reached, it was 15 going 7 and most of the cafes closed.

Don't usually get to snap a picture of myself with the boyfriend because I couldn't lay my trust on strangers. I always worry that they might run away with my camera. It's not a calang-calang camera anyways. Ironically, to me, the most precious thing is not the camera, is the memory card that stored all my photos.

Not Your Usual Starbucks Coffee.

Undeniably, Starbucks is one of the preferable hangout spots for the local teenagers as well as working adults. Starbucks LCCT welcomed up to 5000 guests everyday, the workload is incredibly heavy loaded but I had a wide opportunity to meet thousands of people from different regions and backgrounds! As for Starbucks Jusco Seremban, we meet regular customers all the time and we can tell what's their order even before the customer reaches the counter. So talk about the charisma and initiative by Starbucks partners. *winks*

So on this very fine day, all of us, the partners of Starbucks Jusco Seremban 2 returned to the retail for a spring cleaning! It took place during midnight so we are allowed to wear casual clothes instead of full uniform with the familiar green apron and black cap.

We will clean the whole place with different type of chemical liquids. Don't make a fuss about the chemical liquids as we do not use it on those food-contact containers. Chemical liquids are used to clean the floor, the signboards and the windows.

As you can see from the photo below, we moved out all the chairs, tables and couches to the corridor. Every partner was given a task and all of us cooperate together to make Starbucks a better place to hangout!

As you can see, all of us were working on tasks. You must be wondering what was my task. I was fortunate enough to just wandering around with my camera and snapped some shoots! However, I did wiped some tables and chairs. Not forgetting to mention I cleaned the bar area with helps from my colleagues. It was pretty much cleaner and hygienic!

The spring cleaning took us about 3 hours, I was hungry. I took one of those savories and put it in the oven.

I heated it up as supper. Guess I'm not a qualified kitchen helper. I have no idea what happened to my Butter Scotch, it was all burned from inside out.

Despite of my burned Butter Scotch, my working area is all clean up now! When thinking of the possibility I will leave this working place for the next few months, my heart sinks. I really love this place and the partners are caring and funny. The most important matter comes first, thus leaving this place and further my studies is a must.

Howdy everyone! Just edited my blogskin yesterday and the author feels so fresh from inside out! Hope you all love it as I really put hours of effort and had been tried out few layouts before the final design was made.

For a better kick start this week, I woke up early in the morning and pampered myself with a freshly brewed coffee from Starbucks. While blasting R&B to my ears with Tour, received a call from Joel Wong regarding the press conference. Without a second thought I immediately said YES!! to the invitation. And here I am (as for the day) standing in front of The Bee at 9.30am for the press conference of Hotlink Power People Through Virtual Concert With Yuna.

Out of my expectation, guests were given free flows of lemonade, coffee and tea.I've ordered the lemonade instead of coffee 'cause I need to trigger my numb taste buds. On a side note, drinking coffee with an empty stomach could caused you gastric.

As you can see from the photos above, the breakfast were well-prepared and nicely arranged in plates on the island. Quite a lot of delicious finger snacks. My favorites were the chicken wing with honey sauce and Calamari! Seafood and meat are love.

During the phone conversation with Joel, I did not asked if breakfast was provided. I felt it was quite inappropriate, furthermore I could afford a breakfast for myself. If I knew that breakfast was provided, I wouldn't went to McD Drive-Thru and bought the pancake set! It was tasteless even though I've put on the sauces. Not forgetting to mention the cup of tea, it was ewwww. Should have taken the coffee instead.

Differently from the previous invitations, it was a single invitation thus I was alone until I bumped into Richard Teo! I was extremely glad to meet him and couldn't stop chatting with him, he was such a sweetheart to chat with. Even though it isn't intended but Richard somehow rescued me as I don't know any single person in the press conference.

So back to the business. The sweetheart of local indie music scene, Miss Yuna arrived just right after I finished my plates. Camera flash were coming through from every corner and there she is, sitting safely on the couch ready for the interview despite of the crowded and pushing cameramen, not forget to mention the high heels she wore!

New Blog Skin!

Changed the blog skin of www.rollingfumblingthug.blogspot.com! Finally!

Been searching through my photo albums for new photos, realized that most of my favorite photos were taken during vacations ~~because I look unusually gorgeous~~. Got all the tips for advance settings from the online tutorials because nobody teaches me how to do ALL THAT, neither my C++ lecturer.

Lomography is love! Found some pretty attractive backgrounds from their official website but I couldn't crop it so I ended up get my own lomo-wall from the internet. Yeah, although I am in the progress building my own lomo-wall in my new room, but we'll wait and see as recently I do not have time to capture photos using any of my analogue cameras.

As for the blog layout, I remained the previous one but deleted some of the widgets that seems useless, also added some new widgets not sure if you able to notice it.

Anyways, just a very short update about myself. I am still in dilemma getting a car or not. Friends are suggesting me to wait till next year as many car manufacturers are launching new models. As a matter of fact, I am going to further my studies by next year, I'm not sure if it's the good time to get a car since I won't be able to drive it for the next 5 years.

存在的意义：是你在生时的多少付出，而不是你死后少去的麻烦。

大人物有大人物的烦恼，小人物有小人物的乐观。小人物不一定是烂泥扶不上墙，大人物也不一定是颖悟绝人。

小人之心简直是丑陋不堪，说的话没经过大脑，简直和无脑没冲突。话说我曾经遇过这班小人。对他们来说，有钱的就是大人物，就代表着权势地位。他们驾所谓的大车，肥手挽着那个一百零一个名牌包，搭廉航去邻国旅行，还在面子书留言说：“ 如果有钱时有罪的，那我就是个罪人！” 我无言以对也是嗤之以鼻，对我来说他们是天大的笑话：穿起龙袍也不像太子！

说真的，有人对我说这班小人讥笑我，说我有钱的话，（我真的have no idea为何说我是有钱人。）为什么还要出来做工。就算我是有钱人不需要低声下气，也会开一门生意做老板。不像他们这种废物，只会自欺欺人，浪费时光。

我相信人总是会长大。父母用尽全心把你照顾好，教育你，让你无忧无虑的过完你人生的第一个二十。当你迈入第二十一年，你就是小大人了。我们家的兄弟姐妹都会在十八岁那年打假期工，赚取我们自己的驾驶学费。想当年还在求学时，男朋友因为本身是兼职音乐老师，他早在十七岁那年已经考到驾驶执照，而我还必须麻烦妈妈或他载我去上课。

后来，我考到驾驶执照了！不但是给自己的一份毕业奖励，还在我的生日那天请亲爱的家人吃自助晚餐。虽然没物质上的溺爱，但我很满足，而且我也不会盲目的追求名牌。说真的，我看多了很多人都手挽一样的牌子，一样的款式包。原来，是最便宜的那款，多不切实际。

当独立惯了，人总会相信自己的决定而开始的迷失方向。我曾经走过这段路，不是一段艰难的路但是难免不了会踢到铁板。踢了铁板，脚也痛了，是时候停下脚步，找个位子歇一歇，但是我没有。我继续前进，相信自己总是会到达目的地。但是我忘了，我带着脚伤前进，时间上不单拖延了，而且脚伤不会自动复原，当我抵达了总点，会是怎样的情况？

中六时，我半途离学，然后进入飞机驾驶学院当起一位未来飞机师。我的十九岁充满希望，我对未来有一个蓝图，我的世界是那片碧海蓝天，还有那些像棉花糖的白云。我每天都过得很充实，对不顺意的事情也挥一挥手把它拍掉。然而，在我二十岁那年，我的蓝天迎来了变化莫测的白云。

我相信二十岁的自己。做了一个大家都意想不到的决定，我放弃升学。后来去了澳洲一趟，以为自己想清楚了。我对自己说：“任性够了，做些不让人担心的事吧！” 就在二十一那年，我没意见地进入连我想也没想过进入的学院升学。

在那学院的两年里，我要风得风，要雨得雨。曾经对自己做过的曾诺早就被自己的无视和校内权势打得烟消雾散。慢慢地，我的世界变得狭窄，再也找不到那其中的意义。我开始迷失方向，找不到答案回答我的为什么。果不其然，我再也没回去那间学院，连毕业典礼都不出席。

我不喜欢二十一的自己。当年的我，违背了自己对存在为何物的定义。我看到的是傲慢的自己，是一个没有方向的人，是一个连我也不认识的人。我念的时机械学位，但是除了物理，高级数学和画画，其余的课程我都没兴趣。而且，当初会报这系也是因为开放日的时候，唯一桌子面前没人询问着，乏人問津。不想等了，就直接报名。

其实我最对不起的是我的父母亲。他们从来不逼问也给我空间去思考。玩票性质地当了三四年的活动自由者，每天趴趴走，遇见不同的人，解决不同的事物，开阔视野也让自己充电。父母无限地给我精神上的支持，让我能义无反顾地做自己想要做的事情。

一年之内，飞去香港两趟，婆罗洲两趟，然后再飞去澳洲。间中还有那大大小小的短期旅程，就是想要找回自我。后来，在澳洲呆了一个月，少了男朋友，多了知己。这位知己让我更认识自己，知道自己适合些什么，有的东西必须放手，有的东西必须坚持。

我这位知己是个非常有权势和钱财的家庭的孩子。从他身上我体会到心灵上的满足胜过于表面上的风光。在家人的保护下，我们两个从来没担心不够钱过日子，我们有的是过得去的薪资，有的是代步工具，有的是无上限的漫游服务，有的是家里的大电视和妈妈亲手做的菜。

到了澳洲，抛开之前的光环，我们就得靠自己了。我和他会预算晚餐的费用，去超级市场买菜买面包，漫游服务省着用，夜晚不开暖气炉就为了省电，一杯热咖啡手握了几个小时才喝完。看到RM700多的耳机和RM300多的手表也是到了最后关头才舍得下手。我们还差点两个人两把嗓子一把吉他一个手铃站在街边卖才艺了。

我很喜欢这样的生活。简朴，轻松，没有丢不完的收条，也没有费神的购物。用别人的钱财难免有寄人篱下的感觉，自己赚取的就用地理直气壮！我可以买RM800的保温靴子就为了那一趟不到三个月的旅程，而且冬季已经到了尾声。但是问回自己，值得吗？买了也不感到满足，这只是盲目的花钱，所买的东西也没有存在的意义。再怎样理直气壮，自己都觉得很疑惑，到底把钱花到哪里去。

开始觉得自己做的决定是不是错了。我以为，当初我能潇洒地放弃我的梦想，应该没什么东西可以打倒我。

他说：“你没有错。你只是在做你当时觉得对的东西，那份坚定是很可贵的。不要给自己压力，不要和时间赛跑，调整自己的脚步，再迈出你的第一步吧。”

一语惊醒梦中人，原来最大的敌人是自己！

当初，家人都劝说不要急着升学，应该多听听自己心里的声音再做决定也不迟。父亲说：“要读就读双威或泰莱吧！” 我还是那样的顽固，决定逆道而行。想当初他们都没发现我已经报名那间学院了。还好，没去双威或泰莱，看在我当年自己想供都攻不起的学费上，就算读到吐血我都会坚持下去，不管到底是不是自己要的未来。到最后，还不是两头不到岸。那头就是我本身的满足感，另一头是身为父母想要儿女活得开开心心的心愿。

现在回想，问什么当初我以为升学是我唯一的出路？

有的人你看了一辈子，却忽视了一辈子；

有的人你看了一眼，却影响了你的一生。

我选择回归以前的我，调整我的脚步，再从新出发。我现阶段在打着短期工，以前那为我带来奢华生活的薪资我已经慢慢放手了。我还有老本能吃，还过得去啦！有一点的不习惯，也迎来疑惑的眼光和讥笑，但我不理也不管，我有人生的蓝图，我活得自在就好了!

我不稀罕在物质上的损失和失去，没有了，我还可以得回来。我所失去很疼很爱的，的确，就像一把武士刀直插心内痛不欲生。但回顾大家曾经拥有的时光，虽然有遗憾但我不后悔，也很感谢为我带来的美好时光，也给了我机会学习照顾人。就像我从知己领悟的道理，有些东西必须放手，有的东西是值得珍惜。失去的事可以是一份友谊，但我还记得那些年我们曾经有过的趣事。

人这辈子就是这样，失去了方知对方有多可遇不可求。你知道人类做过最多的两件事是什么吗？

Melbourne Zoo!

This is the most excited day of my days in Melbourne. It was a sunny day, woke up by the humming from the musician who was humming songs in the bathroom #likeaboss! Despite the strong cold wind, everything is blissful for the day! Grabbed a quick breakfast from the cafe downstairs, can't wait no more to go!

If you had read my blog months ago, you should have known that it was an unplanned trip of mine. It's presumably that my BFF is my mobile GPS thus I never had a map with me. Yet, we still missed the stop so we hopped off at the next stop and took a long way walking to the destination. And I met a pug! The first pug I met in Melbourne! Her name is Diamond, a cool name thou!

No, she likes me although she looked like she's in pain, but she wasn't.

Apart from that, spotted my ideal car at the car-park! It's the 2007 version with a newer facelift compared to 2006 version. In case you want to know, my dream car is Porsche Cayman and Audi TT.I always wanted a Mini Cooper S 'cause I tend to portrait myself driving the car with Mumble sitting comfortably inside. There was once I was so close to get a Mini but when Mumble is gone, everything seems meaningless. Heartache.

Can we buy this plat number in Malaysia?

I freaking love zoos! Freaking love it!

There's a reflection of me.

I have been a big fan of zoos. I never have second thoughts when donating money to the zoo. By using the accumulated donation, they could have more budget to do research on saving living creatures as well as educating the young generation about the animals. Seriously, by bringing the kids to the zoo, educate them, nurturing them throughout the journey is way better than keeping them in the classroom. It's proven that visual education via cards, slides, papers have less impact on kids compared to showing them the real things. Then why bother to waste the time doing it in the classroom? I could not understand THAT.

On top of that, I banned all the heartless people who is running a zoo for personal benefits and abuse the animals without providing sufficient food and proper medication, also lack of professionals to take care of them! Banned all of them!

I'm here again for the second time!

When I first visited Melbourne Zoo years ago, it was already the noon and they closed at 5PM. When I rushed to the Gorilla Park, no gorilla is spotted! So this time, I told my BFF that I must see the gorillas first before other animals. Can't wait to see gorillas!

Obviously there's a fake smile on my face 'cause I can't wait already!

Surprisingly when I was about to leave, Johari came right to me (YES. I was the only human on the deck 'cause the group of students left) and sat there, looking at me as if I was the one in a cage. I was pretty touched although it was quite hilarious thinking that she was observing me, I can see it through her eyes that she feels comfortable living with her family in the park. I truly believe that the zoo is taking good care of them.

Next, the tigers!

As usual, the tigers never come near to the observatory deck. From all my experiences with tigers, they will only walking around eagerly waiting for their feeders, most of the time they chill under shades. Have you seen how they pee? They practically shoot their urine like a fire hose to trees! I can't forget it when the first time I saw that at my younger age, my jaw dropped.

When I showed this photo to my mom, she trembled. My mom shivers whenever she sees bugs. A caterpillar is enough to shake her.

I used to have weird feelings towards butterfly when I was younger. But this time, no. There were thousands and thousands of butterfly in the park, I was worried that I might be allergic of their wings or whatsoever but everything was good! A butterfly landed on my head like a hair clip!

Nothing much about elephants. Assumed all of you are familiar with elephants but one thing I must emphasize here, damn the elephant park in Melbourne Zoo is freaking big! They have few activity rooms for them, they even have a well-equipped resting room when they are not put up for show! Now we see where the Melbourne Zoo spends the money, they give it back to the animals!

Kangaroo Land! Compared to Gorilla Park, I wasn't excited much about that. I have that little fear towards kangaroos although many told me that kangaroos are mostly tame and nice but I know they could break your bones just with ONE back kick. Elephants kill you too with ONE step but I could see it when an elephant is coming but kangaroos are fast and light, they are great jumpers!

First Time in Bangkok : Part Two

Thailand is more than just a shopping heaven. It was such an heartache to see the beautiful land is now heavily flooded. I have friends whom permanent residents in Thailand and all my thoughts to them! Do sincerely hope that everything will be better soon. Due to the flood, we did not visit the Grand Palace as well as famous temples in Thailand. Such a waste, I know.

Instead of local delicacies that truly authentic, we had meals in shopping malls for the first few days. Tom Yam Gong was nowhere to be found in the city centre. I was searching for delicacies that highly recommended by the local people but many of them told that I should go to the Old Thailand ,which is the flooded area.

So during this fine day, I suggested to try out the noodle stall just located outside the hotel where we stayed, FurumaXclusive Sathorn.

There are variety of noodles to choose from. My heart goes to Kuey Chap, a different version of the normal Kuey Tiow.

Wasn't sure if this kid goes to school. She smiled all the time guess she was puzzled what I'd been asking her. It was still early in the morning, and normally by the time kids are supposedly having fun in pre-school or primary school. I saw her almost every time I passed by this restaurant.

It's one of the busiest area around my hotel as there are many banking building and offices. The restaurants and stalls were packed during lunch, luckily we had ours before theirs.

It was the 'Vegetarian-Eating period' during my vacation. The yellow flags that indicated vegetarian stalls were seen everywhere in Bangkok, especially the roadside stalls.

It's a shopping day to Silom area.

And again, I was too busy searching for bargains in the mall. No photo of my shopping journey. My eyes were nearly sprained and my Bee's arm almost broke due to the excessive weight of shopping bags. We randomly picked this stall outside the mall and had our first dinner outside.

It costs us less than RM35 for this dinner. We've ordered a large portion of Tom Yam, half chicken, a whole fish, a big bottle of Pepsi, 5 bowls of rice, a buckle of ice which is not for free at all, and prawns. A reminder for first-time visitor to Bangkok, they tend to charge you more than you should, which mean they usually charge you extra 100 baht or more from the bill. You should check the bill everytime the food is served and recalculate the bill before paying it. We were charged extra 150baht. We pointed it out and immediately the girl gave us 100baht discount from our total bill amount.

I was supposedly to get my nails all done here. It cost unbelievable cheap! I've chose my nail arts and while waiting for my turn, we felt rain drops and decided not to do it instead.

Heavily rain and we were stuck in the station. The night was super cold! The floors were wet and we all can't wait to get a hot shower, so we decided to purchase rain coats from station kiosk.

Took the photos below. It was such an coincidence that we bought a green, a yellow and a red rain coat! The Bee didn't buy one but ran back to the hotel with all my shopping bags. He got to be the first to have shower and the rest of us fought to be the second. When the rain stopped, we walked to the nearest 7-11 and bought few long foot sausages and instant noodles as supper. Frankly speaking, 7-11 in Thailand are much better than ours, not forgetting to mention they sell more instant food and better service!

I'm finally back to the scene! Wonder how many of you actually realized that I had been missing in action since weeks ago? It was such a depressing period living without my iPhone! I can't check mails and social accounts regularly, and not forget to mention those gossips that I had been missing throughout the weeks!

Should stop ranting about it since I already got a new phone. So, this was the first time bringing all my furkids to the beach. They never been there or should I say to a beach. I knew about this gathering from the Facebook, I hope more events coming up so that we the dog lovers can gather together!

It was so much convenient to carry Joker with that carry bag. Joker sometimes lazy to walk, or she walks too slow. She prefers to be carried that way, I guess. And she wasn't choked, that was just her excessive fat at the neck. When we brought her out from the car, a kid approached her, caressed her and talked to my mom. I overheard he asked : "What dog is this? Why looks like a pig?" We were speechless, including the parent of the kid.

Generally, sands stick to wet fur but as for my furkids, they moved around and get off the sands before entered the car. Alternately, you can comb their fur and wait for the fur to fully dried out. We covered the car seats with few layers of newspaper, and on top of that, we covered with a cloth. Make sure you bring enough clean water and food to make sure your furkids are not starving as dog biscuit won't be served.

Before everyone was getting ready to go, we had a seafood dinner at Golden Sea Restaurant. Dogs were tie to a long buckle rope prepared by the organizer, but my furkids were with me all the time, guess it was a privilege for obedient dogs and they seldom bark.

Starbucks Card in Malaysia

Been waiting for it since I was back from Melbourne. Finally Starbucks Malaysia is launching their very own Starbucks Card on 7th November 2011!

And also, Starbucks will start the Christmas promotion from 8th November 2011 to 9th January 2011. Throughout this period, new menu will be introduced in conjunction of Christmas Celebration with Starbucks Malaysia. One of my favorites menu is Red Velvet Teen Cake, an adorably delicious cake filled with white chocolate cheese moose and wolf berries. Other than that, you should try the Cranberry White Chocolate Mocha (hot and cold beverages) and Toffee Nut Latte (hot and cold beverages).

Starbucks Card shown above is one of the most common design out of 2 different designs, at the moment. You may wait till they release Christmas Edition Starbucks Card which come in 2 different designs, Red and Blue Snowy color.

Why should you get a Starbucks Card?

1. Speed of service. There no cash transaction involved. However, if the credits are not sufficient, up to 5 Starbucks Card can be combined and pay for the bill!

2. Loyalty Program. Just to point out few of it :

A complimentary Grande size beverage for every 10 handcrafted beverages of any sizes. Must be redeemed within 90 days for each complimentary drinks.
A complimentary slice of cake for the user's birth month. Can be redeemed any day of the month only.
A complimentary handcrafted drinks of any size with every Tumbler purchased.
A free whole bean/a pack of 12-sticks VIA with every 8 packs of whole bean/12-sticks VIA purchased.

How to get a Starbucks Card?

1. Purchase a Starbucks Card from any Starbucks Outlet. RM20 for each and the money you paid is usable as credit. Which mean by paying RM20, you can have the card and credit of RM20 inside the card.

2. Reload your Starbucks Card. Minimum is RM10. Maximum up to RM500 for each card. Due to the reload system, only RM10, RM20, RM30, RM40, RM50........... and 5 piece of RM100 is allowed. You are not allowed to reload the card with RM12, RM19 or RM25, same goes to other amounts. As for those reload a RM100 (one time reload), you will be given a free Starbucks Card Holder! There are Red, Black and Brown to be chosen from.

3. Activate your Starbucks Card. Go to the counter and ask the Barista to activate using their system. Before activation, the card is not usable. You may purchase your Starbucks merchandise now!

4. Register your Starbucks Card. Go to www.starbucks.com.my to register. This registration is so important to secure the credit amount inside especially when you lost the card.

What if I lost my Starbucks Card?

1. Have you registered your Starbucks Card? Yes. You can deactivate your Starbucks Card immediately on-line or call to Customer Care Call Center at 1300-80-8989.

2. Once you have deactivated your Starbucks Card, the credit amount inside will be remain up to 90 days before you transfer the credit to a new Starbucks Card. Which mean, there is no card replacement at all. And if you have another Starbucks Card registered under the same name, the credits is transferable to the card instead of a new card.

3. Your Starbucks Card is not registered. Then sorry la! Unless someone kind enough to return the card to any Starbucks Outlet or directly to the office, or else all your credits are gone. But I would suggest you to call the toll free line, 1300-80-8989 and ask if they could offer any help regarding that.

4. And if your card is found and return to an outlet, your card will be only kept up to 48 hours. So make sure you make a special arrangement with the call center if you can't collect it within the period.

Anonymous used my Starbucks Card and my credit amount deducted.

1. Have you left your Starbucks Card anywhere? To secure your credit amount, always remember to keep the card with you all the time because this card is like cash money, there is not identity clarification, such as name or signature at the counter.

2. If you are not satisfied, you are always welcome to call the toll free line instead of arguing with Starbucks Barista because they aren't the one who supposed to responsible for your careless action.

What if the magnetic stripe malfunctioned?

Nearly impossible. Starbucks in Singapore and Australia do not face much problems regarding the magnetic stripe. Do not bend, do not scratch, do not burn, do not sit, do not cut or everything that possibly spoil the stripe, your Starbucks Card is certainly fine and perfectly to be used in Starbucks nationwide. Remember, take good care of the card as there is no card replacement for any reason.

Basically, to sum it up, get your Starbucks Card at RM20, reload or not depending on you, activate the card at the counter THEN register it on-line to secure your credit amount inside. Just all that, a piece of cake!

Everyone Loves Starbucks.

Apparently, my Starbucks Card hasn't been activated yet as now is still 4 days before the official launch. I am planning to get the Christmas Edition instead! On a side note, this Starbucks Card is only usable in Malaysia. On top of that, starting 1st January 2012, HSBC and Jusco Card Holders are not longer entitled for discount anymore. Bad news huh.

Alternatively, you may purchase a Starbucks Tumbler and entitled for a RM2 off when you hand the tumbler to them. Some of the tumblers come in various sizes, from 8oz, 12oz, 16oz to 20oz. I have three at home, one Venti size, one Grande and another one is Tall size. Go Green, Save The Environment people!

Personally, my all-time favorites handcrafted drinks are Dark Mocha Frappucino and Java Chip Frappucino. My preferred pastry/cakes/sandwich are Chicken Finger Sandwich, Chic O Cheese and Caramel Chocolate Cake. How about yours?

Melbourne Winter Festival 2011

Despite my irregularity of blogging, I still have regular readers according to the blog statistics. I have no way of knowing all of you but I really appreciate it. Things happened recently, it's demotivating. And having my iPhone sent for repair (home button and battery issue), I felt like I lost an arm. I can't do my regular email-checking, Facebooking, Twitter and Instagram! It's a bitter medicine that ought to be tasted by a Twitter addict like me. Other than that, I was supposedly go for a movie screening with one of my favorite bloggers weeks ago, but my car broke halfway. What a lucky day! Oh.M.G I can't contact him, I do not have his contact numbers in that second phone so I have my BFFs to tweet him instead! I remembered one of my BFF's number, called him and got him to tweet Henry Lee on behalf of me to inform that I can't make it for the movie. What a brilliant idea for such an emergency.

And so, this is another random dinner I had in Melbourne. BFF brought us to this famous Italian restaurant located in Lygon Street.

I do not find it hard to swallow as what written by many in some food reviews on the internet. The food are perfectly cooked and the sauces are up to the standard. The service I would say ordinary as the staff weren't constantly around and ready to serve.

After the dinner, we walked to the museum for Melbourne Winter Festival! Heard about it when I first reached the airport but I was so keen about skiing at Mt. Buller so did not intend to go; My skiing plan canceled at the last minute as I do not have any proper jacket or thermal clothes to keep myself from frostbite or drop dead buried myself into the thick snow.

This year, the location of Melbourne Winter Festival 2011 landed between Melbourne Museum and Royal Exhibition Building, from 18 August to 4 September. There are variety of Winter packages [from AUD15] for you to choose from. I've bought the student package [about AUD28] which consisted a 45 minutes skating session, skates hire, a cup of hot chocolate and a special edition Winter Festival mug!

It was super when the sun down and we all need a jacket to keep ourselves warm. Surprisingly I started to sweat after few rounds skating! Although I sweated almost all my ice skating classes, but sweating in an outdoor ice rink during winter, it was unexpected. Took it off and realized I was the only without a thick jacket. Some amateurs approached me and asked if I can teach them to skate, some people waved at me and asked if we can make friends. Somehow I felt weird and puzzled. I can be totally an ignorant when come to these kind of situations.

iPhone Photo Application : Leme Cam

Other than having a DSLR, getting an analogue camera seems the latest trend. Different from digital camera, an analogue camera cost so much cheaper but the films would dig out money hell out from you compared to just a piece of memory card. I have plenty of unprocessed films in the drawer as it's so difficult to find a trustworthy shops to process it. Not forgetting to mentioned that my previous film processing fees was RM25 a roll (24x 36mm).

As an optional, now you'll be able to take photos everywhere at anytime, unless you left the camera phone at home. So to cut it short, let me show you some (but this post I'll show you one first) of the applications installed in my iPhone. Frankly speaking, I pay less concern about android or windows phones, so basically I can't be sure if these applications are applicable for users other than iPhone.

First Time in Bangkok : Part One.

Thanks to Air Asia ramp team of your dedicated work, I now need to buy a new luggage.

It was supposed to be just another 5D/4N with two of my friends but I feel in love with Bangkok! Did not manage to take enough photos to show you how awesomely wonderful Bangkok is. On a side note, three quarters of Thailand is now heavily flooded and the authorities have warned the citizens to prepare an onslaught of water as the whopper will hit Bangkok in another week.

First time vacationing with us.

The first thing we did when we arrived the airport was to grab a quick meal from Subway. Many had suggested that we take a direct transit shuttle or taxi from the airport to hotel, less hassle and it saves time that way. I beg to differ! We took the airline express instead and it took about only 30 minutes to the city. (Airport - Phaya Thai - Siam). Unlike most cases where we usually use train tickets, they use red colored chips instead.

After setting down and stowing our luggage, we headed to the shopping mall closest to the hotel which is coincidentally the famous Siam Paragon. Siam Discovery is just next door.

Unlike the 7-11 we have in Malaysia, Bangkok has all sorts of cute things worthy to be collected! In Hong Kong, I saw that they were selling a series of puffy soft toys that made most of the teenagers there crazy for them; My current Disney addiction is Stitch and I couldn't resist from buying this cute tumblr, only 590baht for the tumblr + any choice of a full-size Slurpee!

Second day : Heading to Siam Paragon for breakfast. They were having vegetarian food fair until 05 Oct 2011, located in the food court.

I believe that you've been told that Thailand is a shopping heaven, not forgetting to mention its super affordable goods that boast of good quality such as household decorations and handmade souvenirs. Have I told you how hard it is to find unique and suitable clothes in Malaysia for my overweight daughters? They need at least size 5 but most of the pet shops sell only sizes 1 to 4. So one of my mission in this trip was to buy bargain clothes and accessories for all my daughters!

Before I end this post, I would like to share one of my experiences in Bangkok. Before I flew to Bangkok, I found out many have complained that there are conmen looking for a quick buck all year round in Thailand; especially in tourist places. Beware of tuk-tuk drivers when they suggest to bring you somewhere for a super cheap fare BUT you need to follow them to check out some genuine gems that are on sale. Once you get into the shop, you will be indirectly forced to purchase gems from them. That's only one of the infamous stories about Bangkok. My story was merely a big issue. So most of the shops in Chatuchak closed at 6pm so we walked to the train station and I saw a stall selling 'jeruk'. There was a piece of paper glued to a stand stating 10 baht each. Since the kid was only selling one kind of 'jeruk', I assumed the price was 10 baht so I grabbed a pack and handed him 100 baht. He then returned me 80 baht. I asked for another 10 baht, he then grabbed out THE ONLY PACK of plums among the 'mango jeruk' and told me that this pack of plum costs 10 baht while the pack I took costs 20 baht.

I didn't argued with him since it was just 10 baht but I was annoyed with this con jobs going on. Furthermore he was making me feel like a fool. I told the boyfriend and he furiously walked to the stall and gave the kid back the pack and 80 baht, and request for a full refund. The kid was nervous and asked his father to settle. The father was rather another douchbag he and dared not to confront us but refunded us the 10 baht instead.

We laughed about it all the time. Most of the stalls don't list out the prices so what I did was wait till a Thai pay for his/her food and drinks following which I would pay the same amount. So, this is only the first post, of my vacation to Bangkok, till then.

WHAT THE THUG!!!! (what the f**k) This is so awkward. Super awkward. An unusual blog activity of mine. I'm not a shoe fetish. No, I am not, believe me.

Had a spring cleaning the other day after back from Bangkok. I rearrange my cupboard and shoe boxes. Yes you hear me, sometimes I keep the shoe boxes for storage purpose. Cleaner shoes, not dusty? Indeed I need a bigger cupboard to keep all my clothes, big part of present cupboard is occupied by my sisters' clothes and accessories.

So, keep that in my mind, I am going to build a wardrobe when I move in into a new house.

I found the tripod I misplaced ages ago and I suddenly have the urge to try out the tripod so I decided to take pictures of my shoe collection. Weird thou, I know.

Speaking of my favorite shoes, this pair of pink dots from Reebok are one of 'em. Bought it from Hong Kong. Because of this pair of shoes, I have attention more than I ever had in a public. Strangers approached me and compliment how cute is this shoes and so on. Wasn't my intention to seek for attention when I first bought it, but can't deny that it makes your day when someone told you that they love your shoes. Before you go yada-yada-yada, tell me have you (in this case, your shoes) compliment by people? No? So you don't understand how I feel, shaddap.

And this pair of snake-skin shoes, bought from Hong Kong as well. Believe it or not, never wore it even once. Cost me about RM200 and above. Money flushed to the toilet.

And this is a vintage feel high heels. Recently bought it from Bangkok from a random shop in Chatuchak Market. It is unexpectedly comfy considering the price is just 390 baht!

And speaking of this, bought it from Melbourne. Comfort rate 6/10. Wear it for events and some outings.

And this flat ballerina shoe I bought from Bangkok too! Forgotten the price and surprisingly, I feel comfortable wearing it even after walking for hours in the mall. Unlike other flats I bought from some well-known shoe brands, this black-with-red-lining flat is unbeatable!

Charles and Keith. Never thought I would invent quite a sum of money in a pair of heels. I seldom wear high heels as my work are mostly traveling around. It hurts after wearing it more than 5 hours.

Boots! My first pair of warm boots! Love at the first sight when I saw it. It was my first pair from Onitsuka Tiger. Came with a gold color shoelace.

Knee-length boots.

Many had commented about this purple boots, especially my BFFs. "Expensive and not wearable in Malaysia!! Why you ever thought of buying it?!" They said. I like, can or not?

And oh. This is the only shoes that I can't wear for street walk. Introducing my ice skating shoes. Supposedly buy the RM900 shoes instead but the blades aren't replaceable. The shoes and blades below are sold separately, I bought a better blades so that it won't rusty soon enough. Practically the blades are 'soaked in water' due to the wet surface of ice rink in Sunway Pyramid.

And now, I am too occupied with events and I missed many classes.

Sorry if this bored you. I just got the overwhelming feelings to show you what are in the cupboard. So, tomorrow there's a new post on my vacation to Bangkok. Till then.

Planned to ski on Mount Buller and watch penguins at Penguin Parade before flying off to Melbourne. All my plans got canceled! First, it was because of the price tags (ski jacket and goggles) and that nobody wants to go watch penguins with me! I know ski jacket and everything can be rented on the mountain but thinking of wearing them after thousands unknown people have put them on, I will give a pass. No money to buy, simply don't ski.

Basically my vacation in Melbourne was casual and simple, without an itinerary. Sometimes my BFF cooked for me or we would just have meals in a random restaurant (mostly Malaysian ones since we hungered for it so in Melbourne).

I was pretty gloom that I didn't get the chance to watch real penguins, and by that I meant wild penguins. So when my BFF said we can watch penguins at St. Kilda Beach, I didn't believe him in the first place. It's not written in the net! All said must go Penguin Parade to watch penguins!

Got bitch slapped by sand. I looked at BFF with a shocked face, he told me he got slapped by sand too. My younger sister was safe as she walked behind us. Blame it on the strong wind!

Well, am taking a break from blogging and flying off with another two of my friends this coming Saturday. I was down to gastric and headache since a week ago due to super busy schedule. Differently from my previous vacations, I have that little worries inside me as this time is their first time flying to another country. Thankfully that I'm not flying alone this time, like I did when flying to Melbourne. Wish me luck!

Hi people! Been quite busy lately with workloads, attended few events and talking about it, wondering what you guy had been doing on Malaysia Day?

Generally, many are nurtured about National Day which falls on every 31st August, it's the day when everyone of us wave our National Flag and scream : " Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! " As for Malaysia Day, it is another important date for Malaysian which held on every 16th September to commemorate the establishment of federation on the same date in year 1963.

As a Malaysian, I never failed to embrace this glorious moment together with other Malaysian, unfortunately, everything has its first time and I missed the celebration of National Day this year as I was in Melbourne. And so, how could I missed the Malaysia Day Celebration this year?!

Arthur's Day with SOLER, TAIO CRUZ AND MIZZNINA!

Can't believe it's over now. I had so much fun with my Party Rock gang and blogger mates yesterday!

Brief introduction about this GREAT GREAT day : Arthur's Day was first organized in Year 2009 which took places in Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, New York, Lagos and Yaounde. As for 2011, this event celebrated worldwide in 40 cities, started in Dublin and the 24 hours "To Arthur!" celebration is ended in Kuala Lumpur, not forgetting to mention we the Malaysian are fortunate to have the biggest celebration among all the countries! This concert is real epic for Guinness Fan in Malaysia to party rock with an exciting line-up of live performances from some of their favorite international artists and local arts.

This event is an experience-money-can't-buy which all fans needed to attain exclusive passes from radio stations as well as Guinness Facebook Page! This year, it seems everyone is flowing into Speed City KL for Aurthur's Day! The crowd is super huge, more than 20,000 fans are partied hard that night to celebrate Guinness Great 252 years!

First, my sister came to the media area and she grabbed my hands, asked if I could bring her to the backstage to meet Soler. I do not hesitate and dragged her to the backstage immediately. We are super lucky! Soler was about to get out from their room and we caught them!

My sister was crazy about them and started to stuttered. I believe she was saying : "I love you guys so much and can can can can I I I I take a take take a picture ture ture with you?"

They are so friendly and calmed her down. When they first saw both of us they said : I'm sure you two are sisters. LOL! Had a short chat and they agreed to take a photo with her! I took one with them too.

The story is not end yet. So we both were happily go back to our table and showed the picture to my party rock gang. Remick and Yintse wanted to take a picture too so I brought them to the backstage again. Entered the room after permitted by the crew, Soler recognized me! I was amazed because myself have face recognition difficulties. My part rock gang then took picture with them and before Soler is going back to their hotel, they asked me why am I speaking Cantonese? I answered that most Malaysian can speak Cantonese. One of the brother explained that they are interested to know if I speak Cantonese with the family members. As usual, I told them my mom is an Indonesian and I sometimes speak either Malay, Mandarin and English with her but I speak Mandarin with my dad. I have friends that not Chinese educated so we speak English. I think they are quite impressed with our (the Malaysian) communication ability in different languages.

And so, the show continues with DJ Skeletor and our Hitz.fm crew rocking up the stage!
